Payment in full is taken at time of reservation
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your arrival. Anything less than 48 hours is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to retain deposits, but will refund payment of the final balance as per our Terms and Conditions.
If you need to make a change to your reservation, please email us and we shall try and accommodate where we can. However, this isn’t always possible and there could be additional costs. Please see our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.
Once the payment has been made you will receive a booking confirmation. Please get in touch if you do not have one.
Normal check-in is from 16:00
We do offer an early check-in but this needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability. At a cost of £20.00 per property.
Check out is strictly 10h00.
Late check outs can be purchased at £10 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours BUT this MUST be booked directly and in advance with management. This is subject to availability.
Management reserves the right to charge a £100 penalty per hour for unauthorised late check outs.
Self check in. Once the check in portal is complete. This will be sent to you two days before your stay.
Place the key back into the security box and change the code so the correct code is no longer visible
Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, lockable doors and windows.
At present we do not offer disability friendly properties, however we are undertaking market research at the moment and may look to introduce this in the future.
For anyone with a disability, the building itself is accessible via ramps, and we do have elevators in place. There are no disability friendly baths/showers, but the rooms and hallways are big enough for wheelchairs to navigate.
Yes, COTS & HIGH CHAIRS are available on request. We do not provide linen for the cots.
There are a limited number of cots and high chairs and they are available on a first come first served basis. Please arrange with reception prior to arrival.
Each specific property has individual guest allowances. You will need to check your booking which will indicate how many guests are permitted to stay comfortably within the property
If you book for 3 people you will only be permitted to sleep 3 people. Management reserves the right to charge for additional people staying that have not been booked for.
All of our properties are exclusively for the guest and you will not be sharing with someone not in your group.
This is entirely up to you. In short term accommodation most rooms can be made up as either a twin room with single beds or double room with a super king bed.
Short term accommodation is suitable for days, weeks and months. You might be on vacation, relocating or staying with us for insurance purposes.Company lets are typically from 6 months upwards.
We operate on a no smoking policy across all properties
Fortnightly cleans, all living amenities, tea and coffee on arrival.
For long term bookings we can offer viewings. However, this isn’t always guaranteed if there is a guest staying and they don’t wish to allow this.
Yes, we love to accommodate families and have cots, highchairs and travel cots available on request.
Yes, we love to welcome back old clients and will always offer regular clients a very competitive rate.
We always make sure that we have a set of keys whilst you’re staying with us. However, if you can’t find your set then we would need to get another cut. The charge for this will be £100 and will either come off your security deposit, or we would ask for your card details.
All of our apartments and houses have hairdryers.
Every Stay With Me apartment or house comes fully furnished complete with all of your homely essentials.
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all of our properties
Our offices are open 9am-6pm weekdays and 10am-4pm on Saturday’s. If you need to contact us out of these hours, then please ring the number on our website and it will get redirected. There will be a £50 charge if we have to come out to you and it’s a non emergency call.
Although some of our properties have an outside area suitable for smokers, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Furthermore we will charge anyone found to have smoked in the apartments an extra charge to pay for a thorough carpet, furniture clean, and will be asked to leave.
